Hiding the little square boxes of cupcakes was a challenge. The answer to the challenge was candy - copious amounts of candy!
The Skittles were received the best. The Skittles could be eating with the cupcakes. The Sweet Tarts and Starbursts had to be eaten separately from the cupcake. Also, the Skittles added a nice burst of extra fruit flavor once the cupcake was consumed.
The candy saved the day and made the square cupcakes look like something cute and crafty. As a bonus, the extra sugar in the candy helped prolong the sugar high for everyone.
