A special thanks to Charity, from All Things Hold Together, for letting me blog her fabulous single serve chocolate cake recipe! It's an update on my Chocolate (cup)Cake in a Mug post from last year. You can follow Charity on Twitter and be sure to check out All Things Hold Together, a blog about cooking, crafting, faith and family.
Ingredients:
- 2 T flour
- 1.5 T sugar (just eyeball the 1/2 T using a tablespoon)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 T unsweetened cocoa powder
- A pinch of salt
- 2 T milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp oil
Directions:
Serve with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream, if you so desire. It does not plate very well, so just top it with the scoop of ice cream and eat it in the ramekin.

Thanks for the links Anne-Marie!
Now I feel like I have to start tweeting again! :) Actually, I have been meaning to get back into it. I'm not sure what happened.
Aw, I hope you start tweeting again Charity. It's so much fun to connect with friends and customers in that sort of way =) And, I know you have lots of great quality content to share too ...
Looks delicious. And oh so guilt provoking. LOL! I'm addicted to chocolate... you are an enabler AM! LOL!
OMG there goes the diet I have not started yet! Sounds yummy!

Now, that looks like a fun little cake to make! And too easy, too quick...LOL!!! I see pounds. But, it is better than having an entire cake waiting in the kitchen!
This looks soo good. I can't wait to try it. You know sometimes a "piece" of cake sounds so yummy, but you end up eating more, because you have to make an entire recipe. This will work fabulously.
The most dangerous recipe I've ever laid eyes on. Must. make. some. now.
I made one last night, and one today! So yummy!!
Thanks for this great recipe. It's awesome for me since hubby can't eat wheat and I don't want to have a whole cake around to torture him. This way I make it, eat it, gone! :)
This looks great. I tried the mug cake (not a fan). I wonder if it will turn out like the Warm Delight microwave cake. If only I had some cocoa powder!
